Who we are
Cysmiq is a product and engineering partner built around one specialty: getting AI into production. We've been building with AI since 2021, on top of years shipping web and mobile software — so we treat a model as one component of a real product, not the whole story.
Plenty of teams can call a model. Far fewer can wrap it in an application that survives production — with auth, data, evaluation, observability, and the unglamorous plumbing that decides whether a demo becomes something people rely on. We build both halves, so you never have to assemble an AI specialist, a web team, and a mobile team to ship one product.
Who we build for
We work with founders and teams who have a clear need — an AI feature, an agent, a product to launch — and no in-house AI team to build it. Some come with a prototype that shines in a demo but won't survive real traffic. Some come with an idea and a deadline. Either way, the job is the same: ship something that works in production, and hand it over.
How we work
We scope the problem before writing code, architect for your constraints rather than reaching for a template, and gate every change with evals. When it ships, you get the source, the infrastructure, and the runbooks. There is no Cysmiq product to stay locked into — the system is yours.
And not every problem needs AI. We'll tell you when it does, when it doesn't, and when a simpler build is the smarter call — you're hiring engineers, not a pitch. We're framework-agnostic on purpose, we choose the stack on the merits of your problem, and sometimes the right call is to buy rather than build. We work under NDA, and we never name clients or expose identifying details.

Anupam Parashar founded Cysmiq after years of shipping production AI systems across sales, support, and enterprise operations. His focus is the part most people skip: understanding the business, deciding what's worth building, and getting it to production — not just building a demo.
Day to day, Cysmiq is a small core plus a curated network of specialists — design, mobile, and more — brought in for exactly what a given project needs. That keeps us capable across the whole product and nimble enough to move fast, without the overhead of a large agency. It also means the person scoping your project is the person building it.

Outcomes, not token counts
We talk in business outcomes — time saved, tickets deflected, products shipped — not model trivia. If a problem doesn't need AI, we say so.
Evals before opinions
An AI system you can't measure is one you can't trust. We build the evaluation harness alongside the feature, not after it ships.
Framework-agnostic
We choose the model, framework, and architecture on the merits of your problem — not on what we'd like to resell. Sometimes that means buying, not building.
You own it
Every engagement ends with the source, the infrastructure, and the runbooks in your hands. There is no Cysmiq product to stay locked into.
